About me

I grew up in Laramie and am an avid runner, cyclist, skier and animal lover. I completed my training in Family Medicine in 2002. Afterward, I did a certification in Medical Acupuncture, completed Functional Medicine Training, and have recently completed advanced training in Menopause Hormone Therapy. I continue to educate myself on many areas of interest in prevention and integrative medicine.

Are you a woman suffering with symptoms of perimenopause or menopause? Maybe you're just worried about how hormonal changes will affect your future health. You may have tried to get treatment and been told there is nothing to do - it's just a part of normal aging. I wish someone had told me what to expect at that time of my life and I believe that women deserve help with the issues that come up at midlife and beyond.

Prescribe narcotic pain medications, benzodiazepines, or stimulants

Fill out disability paper work

Accept new patients for primary care

Health Insurance

My office does not accept insurance (including Medicaid and Medicare). I choose to have patients pay directly for services so I can have control over what I can and cannot do for them. I can supply patients with documentation of visits for private insurance so they can submit on their own. Please be prepared to pay at the time of your visit. We can discuss costs beforehand.
